1. What Vigo is
Vigo is a platform that provisions and manages a digital ordering backend for restaurant businesses. By connecting your Google account, you authorise Vigo to create and configure cloud resources (Google Sheets, Apps Script, Firebase, Drive) inside your own Google Cloud project on your behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the business you represent. By using Vigo you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Google account and data
You grant Vigo access to your Google account solely to set up and maintain your restaurant backend. All created resources (spreadsheets, scripts, Drive folders, Firebase projects) belong to your Google account. Vigo does not claim ownership of any data stored in your Google Cloud project.
You are responsible for the content you upload (menu items, images, pricing) and for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Vigo to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the rights of any third party
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Vigo systems or other users' data
- Abuse or overload the provisioning pipeline in a way that disrupts service for others
5. Service availability
Vigo is provided as-is, without guarantees of uptime or availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vigo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using Vigo at any time. You can revoke Google account access from your Google Account permissions and delete your project from the Vigo dashboard to remove all associated data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
